At MMP Branding Co, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom and promotional products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Products
Due to the nature of custom printing and personalised products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of size, colour, or design by the customer
- Minor variations in colour or placement that occur during the printing process
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide a refund at our discretion
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging is intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
