**Sublimation Instructions:**

– **Temperature:** 180°C

– **Time:** 60 seconds

– **Pressure:** Medium

**Pressing Process:**

1. Place a Teflon sheet or protective paper on the heat press.

2. Insert protective paper between the layers of the onesie to prevent ink transfer.

3. Position the transfer face down on the fabric and secure it with heat-resistant tape.

4. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or protective paper.

5. Press at **180°C** for **60 seconds** using **medium pressure**.

6. Carefully remove the Teflon sheet/protective paper, then peel off the transfer.

7. Allow the onesie to cool on a clean, flat surface.
